SASE Solutions Technical Lead with Architect planning skills - Network & Security Focused to support our client in designing their complex cloud network & security architecture.
Location : Plano, TX or Palo Alto, CA (Onsite - 5 days a week)
Duration : 12 Months, likely to be extended
Position Summary :
As an experienced Solution Technical Lead you have worked on Architect planning for SASE (Network &Security), you'll be executing tasks of both technical and strategic in nature that impact our customers, clients, and other internal and external business partners. Your expertise in designing, implementing, and overseeing the deployment of a complex cloud network & security architecture will be key to ensuring efficient and secure connectivity for the entire organization.
By incorporating your knowledge of business use-cases / drivers, you'll affect change and execute development of technical assets such as high-level conceptual design, detailed (low-level) design, implementation plans, test / PoC / pilot setups, RFI / P vendor selection / evaluation documents and tools. You’ll partner closely with our product managers / owners and align SASE designs with our product offerings to their desires and vision. You will be responsible for driving architecture results while working closely with other technical teams to implement multiple, complex programs that span the breadth of the business; thus, acting as both an advocate and trusted technology expert for internal and external teams.
Qualifications
- BS / BA degree or equivalent experience with a must have at least 2 years of Solution Architecture experience in Cloud / Multi-Cloud (networking & security) | SDWAN and experience designing & implementing high quality cloud enable products
- Ability to define and communicate architecture strategy & approach in clear, concise, and understandable terms to senior management and other stakeholders
- Ability to be able to define design architecture vision, roadmap and setting design objectives that align with customer demand & also enterprise’s business goals
- Ability to articulate customer needs internally so they can be translated into a finished design
- Proven ability to structure business cases around a high-level strategic architecture
- Deep and hands on technical knowledge and expertise in productizing SASE / SSE features including but limited to SDWAN, SWG, ZTNA, FWaaS, CASB, DLP and RBI
- Strong technical knowledge of VPN, IPSEC, GRE, Segmentation (application & network)
- Knowledge of public , private and hybrid cloud architectures
- Knowledge of Cloud networking and Multi-cloud networking
- Knowledge of public, private and hybrid cloud architecture of at least one of the major Cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Advanced understanding of business technology drivers and their impact on architecture design, performance and monitoring, best practices, and JPMorgan Chase & Co. policies
- Proficient in multiple infrastructure technologies
- Excellent communication skills, plus proven relationship building abilities
Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, launch, and deliver multiple IT projects on time and within Budget
