Senior Zscaler Consultant to work on Zscaler Business Plus Edition and Enterprise which includes ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, SaaS API and privilege remote access.
A Zscaler "Business Plus Edition" would typically include the core functionalities of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) for web security, while a "Enterprise " plan would encompass the full suite of Zscaler services, including ZIA, Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) for secure application access, and Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) for monitoring user experience, essentially providing a more comprehensive zero-trust security solution compared to the Business Plus option.
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Zscaler Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the deployment and ongoing support of Zscaler s Business Plus Edition and Enterprise solutions, including Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX), SaaS API, and Privileged Remote Access. The ideal candidate will have experience with both the installation of these systems and providing day 2 support, ensuring seamless operations post-deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deployment & Configuration: Assist in the deployment of Zscaler solutions, including ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, SaaS API, and Privileged Remote Access, ensuring successful implementation and integration into the client s infrastructure.
- Day 2 Support: Provide ongoing support for deployed Zscaler systems, ensuring performance optimization, troubleshooting issues, and resolving incidents as they arise.
- Collaboration & Knowledge Transfer: Actively participate in the deployment process to gain a deep understanding of the system s setup, configuration, and the customer environment. Share knowledge with the team for smoother day-to-day operations post-deployment.
- System Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor system performance, track metrics, and address any challenges to ensure the systems are running optimally after the initial deployment.
- Customer Support: Offer expert-level support and guidance to clients on Zscaler products, addressing escalations and ensuring issues are handled efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and thorough documentation of the deployment process, configurations, and any troubleshooting steps to assist with future support needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with Zscaler solutions, including ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, SaaS API, and Privileged Remote Access.
- Strong background in cloud security and network architecture.
- Experience in the deployment and configuration of Zscaler products.
- Ability to provide day 2 support, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work through complex network and security challenges.
- Experience working with clients to address technical requirements and provide tailored support.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant Zscaler certifications.
- Hands-on experience with SaaS API integrations and privileged remote access solutions.
- Knowledge of network security best practices, VPNs, SD-WAN, and related technologies.
