Senior Zscaler Engineer

Responsibilities

Senior Zscaler Engineer to perform configuration, migration, and deployment tasks under the

direction and supervision of customer. The Senior Zscaler Engineer will be able to provide the required services,

including :

• Virtual Services Configuration :

Migration of F5 APM policies to Zscaler.

Configuration of Single Sign-On (SSO) for SharePoint, Nintex, and Microsoft Power Platform.

Implementation and validation of SSO based on logged-in username for consistency.

Migration and refinement of security policies from F5 APM.

Configuration of WAF for three (3) URLs.

Implementation of DEX setup for three (3) applications.

Configuration of GEO balancing across two (2) data centers.

Validation of GEO resiliency through testing.

Admin Training for up to five (5) participants.

Advanced Training for up to two (2) participants.

Training will include user guidance, instructions for creating applications, configuring users, and

maintaining the system.

Provide support during the UAT period of up to two (2) weeks.

Be available during the production cutover to assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution.

WORK HOURS AND CONDITIONS

Standard Work Hours : 35 hours per week, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday.

Place of Performance : Remote.

Customer will provide the necessary access to systems, personnel, and documentation.

Any after-hours or weekend work must be pre-approved and will be invoiced at the applicable rates.

Customer will bear all travel-related costs if required.
