Simple Technology Solutions (STS) is looking for a Human Resources, Benefits and Operations Specialist to add to our team.
Quick overview :
- This position is located in Washington, DC and requires one day a week in the office
- Minimum of (4) four years of position related experience is required
- The ideal candidate has demonstrated ability to produce expected results in an agile, dynamic environment and the ability to exercise independent judgment to decide on the appropriate priorities and procedures to follow
The role :
The Human Resources, Benefits and Operations Specialist at STS provides human resources, benefits and operations support (i.e. HR, Benefits, Operations, Compliance). In this role, we're looking for someone who is a problem-solver with demonstrated experience in enterprise Human resources, Benefits Administration, Business Operations, and Compliance. The Human Resources, Benefits and Operations Specialist works to ensure corporate compliance is monitored, current and future team-members are engaged and supported.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has a relentless desire to get stuff done. A true champion of the collective objective, they're energized by applying their expertise with a group of talented people for collective company impact.
