What we're looking for
We’re looking for a Shipping Clerk to join our Shipping/Product Team. In this role, you will spend time growing your knowledge about immigration & related processes. You will work closely with the Customer Success Team and help print, prepare, and ship immigration applications.
You will be an important part of our customer’s experience by coming into the office to provide printing support. When supporting the printing process, you will prepare & assembling applications and other printed materials, & track the inventory of shipping goods. By providing support in this role, you will expand & improve the experience of our customers, & in doing so, shape the immigration experience for thousands of people, & their families, around the globe.
Responsibilities
- Gain & maintain a solid knowledge of the processes on the Customer Success Team
- Develop a reliable knowledge of immigration rules & protocol
- Coordinate with the rest of the CS team to print customer applications for the day, prep & assemble shipping packets, & track inventory of shipping supplies
- Report any urgent issues to team leadership; incorporate creative solutions moving forward
- Understand basic printer troubleshooting
- Execute printer maintenance, like reloading paper reams
- Understand basic technical troubleshooting on your own computer (ex. Printing settings)
- Be willing to take on additional responsibilities

Recommended
- Office Coordination, especially printing
- Background in U.S. Immigration and/or Global Mobility
- Experience with Jira and Adobe
- Spanish Language proficiency is a plus
