SimpleTalk is an innovative AI-driven solution helping businesses streamline their outreach, engage leads faster, and boost conversions. We’re on a mission to revolutionize how companies connect with prospects, and we’re looking for a talented Ad Creator & Video Editor to join our growing team.

Role Overview :

As our In-House Ad Creator & Video Editor, you’ll be the creative force behind our ad campaigns and social media posts. You’ll take existing video content and create multiple variations by tweaking headlines, adding text overlays, and reformatting footage for top-performing short-form ads alongside engaging edits. You’ll also convert real AI-driven phone conversations into compelling short videos with on-screen text, and design still-image ads from scratch. Your goal : produce eye-catching, conversion-focused ads that shine on Meta platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Edit short-form videos, including adding / changing headlines, text overlays, and captions alongside transitions.
Transform AI phone call recordings into engaging video content with on-screen text.
Develop creative still-image ads from scratch to support our campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing team to brainstorm ad concepts, experiment with new formats, and refine visuals for maximum impact.
Maintain brand consistency while innovating on creative strategies.
Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and social platform guidelines.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in short-form video editing for social platforms (META experience is a plus).

Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or similar tools.

Strong understanding of creating engaging visuals through typography, layout, and motion graphics.

Ability to repurpose existing content into multiple variations quickly and efficiently.

Basic understanding of performance-driven and ad creative principles.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
