We are currently looking for a BIM / GIS Coordinator IV - BIM / VDC Engineer (LACCD SAC 459) for our contract with Los Angeles Community College District.

This is an on-site, long term job. You must be in located in Southern California. NO relocation funds, and NO per diem.

Minimum Requirements
Required Experience / Skills :
- Minimum 6 years’ recent experience in working in Architecture or Construction Management, with a specific focus on Building Information Modeling (BIM).
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or closely related degree. Additional qualifying experience in excess to the minimum stated above may be substituted for the required education on a year for year basis.
- Knowledge / proficiency working and utilizing BIM for 4D and project coordination / clash detection.
- Knowledge / proficiency performing modeling and coordination task within Revit / Navisworks / AutoCAD / Autodesk Recap / BIM360
- Experience with LiDAR and Photogrammetry
- Experience / knowledge performing data management task within SharePoint / BIM360 Docs / Bluebeam.
- Experience working with Design and Construction Teams.

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors such as individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
