Simplex Home’s retail division, Cornerstone Building Solutions, is seeking applicants for a Project / Construction Manager position for residential and light commercial construction. Candidates should possess a strong construction knowledge background for ground-up construction, including site layout, excavation, utilities, foundation, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc. Ability to create schedules, maintain budgets, bid work, manage crews, coordinate sub-contractors and inspections, and obtain necessary building permits. Modular Construction experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00
