We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to join our growing team in the fast-paced world of trading. This role is crucial in maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting our high-performance infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise on the server-side , solid Linux fundamentals , and a passing knowledge of networking concepts to support our low-latency trading environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Linux-based trading infrastructure, including performance tuning, system-level debugging, and kernel interactions.
- Deploy, maintain, and monitor high-performance computing systems in on-prem and co-located environments.
- Support network configurations, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and assist in managing multicast networks.
- Write and maintain Ansible, python and shell scripts for automation and system configuration or monitoring.
- Implement system monitoring, log analysis, and performance benchmarking tools.
- Maintain system security, user access control, and ensure compliance with trading regulations and best practices.
- Diagnose and resolve system issues quickly in a high-pressure environment.
Required Skills & Experience
Annual base salary ranges from $125,000 to $200,000, and is influenced by a number of factors, including qualifications and experience. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, of which can be a significant portion of total compensation. This full time role is also eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits including health / dental / vision insurance, and 401(k) contributions.
