- Take initiative to improve things that could work better
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
- Care about the user experience
- Be comfortable saying "I don't know, but I'll figure it out"
We value demonstrated abilities over credentials. If you've built relevant skills through personal projects, self-study, bootcamps, or non-traditional work experience, we'd love to hear about it. We're more interested in what you can do than how you learned to do it.
Share Your Work: We encourage you to share examples of your technical journey and problem-solving approach. This could be through:
- A GitHub profile or other code repositories
