The Role
As the Director of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing SIMPLi’s global supply chain operations. You’ll lead a high-performing team, oversee inventory management, drive efficiency in logistics and distribution, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the company’s operational strategy.
What You’ll Do
· Build and lead a world-class global supply chain team.
· Oversee and scale warehouse, inbound, and outbound logistics operations globally.
· Drive gross margin improvements through strategic negotiations and productivity management.
· Develop and execute innovative supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate with internal teams to optimize inventory flow and warehouse utilization.
· Manage inventory metrics to maximize efficiency and ensure cost-effectiveness.
· Work closely with finance to model budgets, forecast cash flow, and develop financial targets.
· Monitor and enhance global operational performance using deep data and financial analysis.
· Lead and inspire a results-driven, customer-focused, and accountable operations team.
· Oversee U.S. operations, including the main warehouse in Baltimore and sublease spaces across the country.
· Lead monthly operations performance reviews, setting KPI objectives and performance standards with external vendors.

Qualifications
· 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, including international logistics.
· Deep expertise in ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.
· Strong financial acumen and ability to manage costs and budgets.
· Advanced Excel skills and data analysis experience.
· Proven ability to lead global logistics operations from farm to shelf.
· Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
