Summary / Job Objective : The Leaders Group, Inc. (Simplicity Group’s broker dealer) is in the market to hire a full-time Relationship Manager. This role is part of the recruiting and business development team with the objective of supporting the firms onboarding, recruiting, and general marketing activities.

Essential Job Functions :

• Evaluate and onboard registered representatives who are exploring the broker dealer and determine if they are the correct fit for the organization
• Working together with the Marketing Department on business development initiatives, general marketing programs, and recruitment of new reps in collaboration with Simplicity’s other departments and lines of business.
• Following the completion of training and experience, this role will require travel to industry conferences, advisor meetings, and corporate events.
