What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Liaison position at Simplicity Home Care?
Simplicity Home Care is a non-medical Home Care Agency looking for someone to promote our company in the Lubbock area. We are seeking a dynamic, self motivated, professional marketing liaison. Our company is positioned to grow with the expanding baby boomer generation's need to maintain in-home care.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in the senior healthcare industry with an understanding of the eldercare market and how to reach certain consumers. Experience working within healthcare, specifically skilled nursing, assisted living, hospice care, hospitals, rehabilitation and memory care would be a major benefit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in home and community care settings, including rehab facilities and hospice services.
- Conduct outreach to potential clients and partners through cold calling and networking.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on business development and account management.
- Utilize sales software and other tools to track client interactions and sales progress.
