WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Simpli.fi is hiring a motivated and enthusiastic Events Coordinator for its Marketing team in Fort Worth, Texas. Ideal candidates possess strong organizational, communication, writing, technical, and analytical skills.
In this role, you will assist in the development and execution of events that span industry conferences to virtual events to curated brand events. You will employ strategies that drive awareness and promote the Simpli.fi brand, engage our target audience, and drive business objectives.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Identify key industry events and sponsorship opportunities that will promote brand awareness, create impactful speaking and thought leadership opportunities for the company, and support pipeline growth for our Sales team
- Assist in coordinating all event deliverables such as attendee registrations, speaker presentations, marketing collateral, promotional swag, booth displays, and logistics for all in-person events and activations
- Attend events as main POC for Simpli.fi to manage day-of activations, assist sales reps and capture social media content
- Collaborating with other teams and departments to promote events through existing channels and where appropriate tied to other campaigns or promotions.
- Assist with the social media strategy for event activations, speaking opportunities, sponsorships, etc. to build brand awareness and optimize engagement
- Maintain all pre- and post-show communication with partners, speakers, and event attendees
- Spearhead all aspects of promotional items and signage by coordinating cross-departmentally for events (internal and external), meetings, and gifts, overseeing orders for client, event, and employee swag, including booth signage and new hire gifts
- Collaborate with third-party vendor, HF Custom Solutions, to source and brand new items, securing high-end and cost-saving items for the company.
YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in B2B event management
- Knowledgeable on event/engagement best practices, technologies and trends
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Highly motivated to excel with a strong work ethic and initiative
- Strong ethical values
- Resourceful, dependable and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
