WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a Product Engagement Manager, Autopilot AI to join our Product team and ensure that users are successfully onboarded and actively engaged with our platform.
You will focus on helping users maximize their experience with Autopilot AI, track and optimize campaign performance, and provide key insights back to product and development teams to improve the platform.
You will also help drive retention, identify opportunities for upselling, and ensure customer feedback is integrated into product enhancements.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Follow up on all incoming leads and guide users through the onboarding process, from signup to launching active campaigns.
- Conduct platform demos, assist users with pixel installation, offer creative guidance, and address campaign-related questions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring users are fully equipped to succeed with the platform.
- Monitor campaign performance, dive into user data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Intercept paused or failing campaigns, offer solutions, and work proactively to improve retention rates.
- Actively engage with users for renewals, focusing on moving users past the 90-day mark to establish long-term, recurring relationships.
- Identify opportunities to upsell users on additional channels, media types, and features, with a strong focus on increasing CTV to 30% of total platform spend.
- Work within ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, Zendesk) to track, manage, and resolve user inquiries and issues.
- Utilize platform data, FullStory, and other analytics tools to diagnose and reduce user churn and drop-off rates.
- Gather insights and provide feedback to product and marketing teams regarding user experiences, funnel optimization, and customer success improvements.
- Regularly gather and report user feedback on platform performance and feature requests, ensuring the voice of the customer is heard.
- Identify high-value or at-risk advertisers based on provided criteria and route them to the Sales Development team for potential upgrades to Simplifi DSP Pro/Managed.
YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Proven experience in campaign performance tracking and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess campaign data, diagnose issues, and implement solutions.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems like JIRa and Zendesk, as well as analytics tools such as FullStory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with digital advertising, media channels, and platforms, particularly CTV, is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic, solutions-oriented approach.
