WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: We’re seeking a data-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented RevOps Analyst to join our team and support our ongoing growth and operational excellence. This role will report directly to the Director of RevOps on the Finance Team.
You will be responsible for driving and optimizing the company's revenue operations by providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations across various key areas. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams to ensure that data and processes are aligned to maximize revenue growth, predict trends, and streamline operational efficiency.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Working with cross-functional teams to enhance the accuracy and visibility of revenue data and key metrics, ensuring all stakeholders can make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Leveraging data insights to improve lead generation quality, deal conversion, and churn prevention strategies, all of which directly influence the company's revenue.
- Developing and refining predictive models and forecasts to guide business strategy, working closely with sales leadership and the marketing team.
- Collaborating with senior leaders in Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure consistent alignment between teams around revenue goals and performance metrics.
- Continuously improving internal processes, streamlining workflows, and identifying opportunities to leverage technology and automation to increase operational efficiency.
YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferably within AdTech or SaaS).
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience in revenue forecasting, bookings analysis, churn prediction, and lead generation analytics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing funnels, KPIs, and revenue-generating processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
