As a Placement Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to successfully place employees on assignments at various job locations throughout the area. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, relationship-building skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as the bridge between employees and job opportunities, ensuring a smooth placement process while maintaining high fulfillment rates.
Responsibilities:
- Assign employees to job locations based on availability, skill set, and client needs.
- Maintain strong engagement with the existing workforce, understanding their preferences, strengths, and schedules.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of employee assignments, availability, and performance using internal systems.
- Handle real-time staffing changes, last-minute cancellations, and job reassignments efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding job details, expectations, and any changes.
- Develop relationships with employees to improve job satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize strong computer skills to manage scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- Work a split shift schedule to provide staffing coverage throughout the day.
Requirements:
- Strong computer proficiency, including experience with scheduling software, databases, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple job placements simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle urgent staffing needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or a fast-paced administrative role is preferred.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Availability to work a split shift to accommodate placement needs throughout the day.

- 90% fulfillment rate per week – ensuring job placements are consistently filled on time.

- Accurate and timely documentation of placements, availability, and staffing adjustments.
