What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Technician- Office Equipment position at Simplified Office Systems?
Provide on-site customer service, field repair, and maintenance of digital office equipment at our customer's facilities. Field Service Technicians strive to provide the highest level of customer service while making the devices run flawlessly without error. The right candidate will receive company vehicle or use your own with reimbursement / car allowance, gas card, laptop, cell-phone, and the freedom to manage their own territory. SOS technicians have the technical ability to troubleshoot a wide variety of mechanical, computer, and networking issues within an ever changing industry.
We currently offer our customers a range of products from HP, Toshiba, Epson, RISO and others. Our ideal candidate will have experience in office technology technical support and hardware break/fix service. Our team places a high emphasis on training through web based sessions as well as attending manufacturers classes. We are looking for someone who is willing to find new solutions to problems and use the resources we have available for support.

Our goal is to support our customers and work towards 100% retention through exceptional customer support and not focus on unrealistic or unnecessary targets.
This position will cover the upstate of SC. You can be based in any part of the upstate. Our hours and Monday through Thursday 830 to 430pm and 830 to 1230 on Friday.
