With our sales team expanding, we’re seeking an experienced and resourceful Sales Enablement Manager to establish a foundational enablement program. This role is critical to empowering our sales team with the tools, training, and resources they need to succeed.
Role Summary
As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will be a one-person enablement powerhouse, owning all aspects of sales enablement. You will work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and operations to design, execute, and optimize enablement programs that drive sales productivity and effectiveness. This role requires a self-starter who can balance strategic planning with tactical execution in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Onboarding and Training
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive onboarding program for new sales hires.
- Create ongoing training programs to improve product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise.
- Provide coaching and support to ensure new hires ramp up quickly and consistently.
2. Content Development and Management
- Create and maintain a centralized repository of sales collateral, playbooks, and training materials.
- Partner with marketing to align messaging, positioning, and collateral with the sales process.
- Ensure all resources are easily accessible, up-to-date, and tailored to meet the team’s needs.
3. Sales Process and Tools Optimization
- Collaborate with sales operations to define and refine sales processes, methodologies, and workflows.
- Implement and manage sales enablement tools (e.g., CRM, LMS, content management systems) to enhance productivity.
- Train the sales team on tools, ensuring adoption and proficiency.
4. Performance Analytics and Feedback
- Measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives through KPIs such as ramp time, win rates, and quota attainment.
- Gather feedback from the sales team to continuously improve enablement programs.
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership to drive data-informed decisions.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales leadership to identify skills gaps and prioritize enablement initiatives.
- Partner with product teams to ensure the sales team is well-equipped to communicate new features and solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and strategies with sales objectives.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related field, ideally in a SaaS or startup environment.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing enablement programs that drive measurable results.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.), and Salesforce.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with enablement tools such as Highspot, Seismic, or similar is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$150,000 bonus benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
