The Salesforce Architect will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions, translating business requirements into technical architecture and ensuring adherence to best practices. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted expert advisor, guiding teams on Salesforce implementations, security optimizations, and performance improvements.
This role involves collaboration with developers, designers, security analysts, and program teams while participating in Agile methodologies, daily sprints, and on-call support as required.
Required Qualifications
12 years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations.
12 years of experience in defining organization strategy and data models for multiple Salesforce projects.
12 years of experience in designing identity and access solutions, process integrations, large data volume handling, and data privacy solutions.
12 years of experience in end-to-end Salesforce program execution, including data migrations, system integrations, and custom development.
12 years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex programming.
12 years of experience with Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components, as well as low-code solutions like Flows.
8 years of experience with release management, CI/CD pipelines, Metadata API, and integration services.
8 years of experience in cross-cloud Salesforce implementations integrated with on-premises and other cloud systems.
8 years of expertise in cloud-based architectural principles, including SaaS, PaaS, multitenancy, multitiered infrastructure, and integration patterns.
8 years of experience applying human-centric UX and software design principles.
8 years of experience with the Salesforce Well-Architected Framework.
