We're embracing a hybrid work model that enables our teams to split their time between office and home. Hybrid for us means we expect our teams to come together in our state-of-the-art office on two core days, typically Tuesday and Wednesday, to work together in person, and teams can choose where they work for the remainder of the week. Role
We are transforming our quality strategy from a reactive, end-of-line approach to a quality-first approach - this role is critical in helping drive our Agile Engineering teams to incorporate quality discipline in all phases of the SDLC.
Responsibilities
- Be the quality champion and help teams adopt all proper testing work streams in the earliest stages of development
- Coach and influence development teams on how to test and what to test in areas such as functional and non-functional testing requirements, strategy, planning and best practices during kickoff and grooming rituals
- Develop automated UI tests
- Author test plans for E2E User Acceptance, Regression and New Feature Testing
- Analyze Product designs for acceptance criteria, regression risk, and integration issues
- Understand how each component & service affects customer experience
- Manage web & mobile app builds and development environments
- Triage issues through reproduction, capturing recordings, analyzing logs and thorough reporting
- Root cause analysis after production escapes & continuously improves testing approach
- Establish subject matter expertise within a respective product domain
