This is a contract hybrid role for a Process Analyst based in Carmel, IN, with some work from home acceptable. The Process Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, managing process workflow, and recommending optimization strategies. Daily tasks include evaluating current processes, identifying inefficiencies, creating process documentation, and collaborating with teams to implement improvements.
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve processes
- Experience in Business Process Improvement and Business Process Management
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams
- Proficiency in Business Process Analysis and workflow management
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Experience with process automation tools is a plus
