House Cleaner

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in short term rental cleaning and a passion for maintaining clean and organized spaces. This role involves performing various cleaning tasks in homes, ensuring that all areas are sanitized and presentable. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of short term rental properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens and other items as needed to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established cleaning protocols.
• Maintain an organized approach to cleaning schedules and tasks to maximize productivity.
• Work collaboratively with team members (when necessary) to achieve overall cleanliness goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in short term rental cleaning is preferred.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with short term rental cleaning standards is beneficial but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Must be able to lift and move items as necessary during the cleaning process.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques in cleaning and sanitation practices.
• Reliable transportation.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 25 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed
