Job Summary
As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our company's operational processes to ensure efficiency and profitability. You will play a key role in driving business growth through strategic planning, process improvement, and effective leadership.

Responsibilities

-Supervise clinical staff, licensed clinician, and clinical interns

- Manage day-to-day operations to meet business goals and objectives
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Drive business development efforts to expand market presence
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners
- Provide senior leadership with insights on operational performance
- Oversee project management activities to ensure timely delivery
- Develop and implement strategies for long-term success
- Direct and mentor the operations team to achieve excellence

-Manage a caseload of 10-15 clients

Experience

-Licensed as an LSW, LPC, LPCC, LISW, LPCC-S, LISW-S
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong background in strategic planning and senior leadership positions
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive results
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on continuous improvement
- Knowledge of business development strategies and implementation techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
