We are looking for licensed Loan Officers with licensing in Florida or Colorado or individuals who have completed the Loan Officer course and NMLS exam for licensing with the state of Florida or Colorado

Responsibilities:

- Business development

- Calling on referral sources to build relationships with centers of influence

- Calling client leads

- Intake applications via LOS system

- Review files, documents and information on client applications

- Source the right loan options for the clients needs and goals to present

- Work with lenders and service providers to ensure a smooth process for the client(s)

- Follow all regulations and compliance items, timelines as described by the regulatory bodies and the brokerage

- Utilize technology CRM to stay in touch with clients through closing and beyond

- Other duties as required to be our next success story!

Pay: $120,201.00 - $203,187.00 per year
