By coordinating between the front-of-house team, vendors, and technicians, you will help the shop meet its gross profit goals through effective parts procurement while ensuring clients receive exceptional service. Your proactive approach and ability to manage multiple responsibilities will directly contribute to both client satisfaction and the overall success of the shop.
Key Responsibilities
Service Advisor Assistant Duties
- Provide front-of-house support by answering phones, assisting customers at the counter, running errands, and checking in / out customers.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming office and lobby environment, including handling customer loaner cars and performing callbacks to previous clients.
- Process extended and internal warranty claims efficiently.
- Input invoices and create quotes or other documents using Shop Management Software.
- Check and distribute mail, maintain office supplies, and assist with updating office equipment and computers.
- Support vendor relations and assist in maintaining relationships to ensure smooth operations.
