What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Sales Associate/Key Holder position at Simply Dixie Boutique?
We are looking for a creative, organized, and driven individual to join our team. This position requires exceptional customer service values and an eye for style. This will start out as a part time position (working in the store as a sales associate and as needed for product photography and styling for our website). Will Consist of mostly 20 hours/week or 3 shifts per week including 1-2 Saturdays per month (Closed On Sundays). This position is at our Little Rock, AR Store. No Seasonal Hires
Requirements:
Detail oriented but can work at an appropriate speed.
Must be extremely organized, can multi-task, and knows how to manage time and priorities in a fast paced environment.
Must have problem solving skills and be able to adjust to new processes.
Has great communication and is a team player.
Must love fashion!!
Must have experience with social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
Must have exceptional customer service skills.
Must be out-going and able to confidently strike up a conversation.
Must have computer skills and confidence in working a cash-register station
Ability to work within a team as well as on your own with minimal supervision
