What You’ll Do:
As Spa Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations while driving business growth and ensuring Simply Facials continues to deliver an outstanding experience. Your key responsibilities include:
✔ Leading the team with clear expectations, training, and performance feedback.
✔ Managing memberships, retail sales, and inventory while ensuring financial accuracy (deposits, reporting, etc.).
✔ Handling customer concerns with professionalism, ensuring a welcoming and therapeutic environment.
✔ Setting and achieving business goals through strategic planning and performance analysis.
✔ Creating a positive, team-focused culture where every employee feels empowered and motivated.

Qualifications
- 1 to 5 years of salon, retail or employee management experience
- Must be a natural and inspiring leader with a willingness to lead others
- Must be creative and enthusiastic
- Must have a proven track record of managing others and overall business growth
- Must understand how to maintain iventory supply and demand
- Must report to owner and CCO
- Must have front desk operational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
