Dishwasher

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to travel with our race team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

Duties

• Set up at the track
• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using a 3 compartment sink.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, and removing trash as needed.
• Assist in food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
• Collaborate with cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow during peak hours.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Break down at the end of the race.
• There is opportunity for advancement in this position.

Experience

• Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn about culinary practices and standards.

Travel

• 10 weeks per year, leaving Tuesday and returning on Sundays.
• You must have a full time job, as this position is for only 10 weeks per year.
• All expenses will be paid while traveling with our team.
