What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Infant/Toddler Teacher position at Simply Giggle Childcare Hudson?
Come join an amazing group of teachers! We are looking for an assistant teacher for our 1-year-olds & 2 year olds, ideally10am to 6pm, Monday - Friday & 830am to 430pm Monday -Friday !
Simply Little is a small location licensed for less than 50 kiddos. All kids ages from 6 weeks- 3 years.
Requirements:
- Child care experience
- Teachers: 18
- Teaching qualifications (We can help you obtain)
- High School graduate or equivalent
- CPR/First Aid qualified (preferred when hired but must obtain)
- Reliable
- Communication Skills
- Fast Paced work environment
- Loves to be outside
Duties include:
- Communication with teachers and parents
- Following center procedures and licensing requirements
- Helping with daily duties & chores
- Following schedule of classroom you are in
- Creative Time/Art
- Knowing the number of children in your care
- Keeping the classroom clean and presentable
- Developing relationships
- Having fun!!!
We will provide all resources necessary to obtain certifications and trainings, and guide you through the process!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
