Simply Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic Orthodontic Patient Coordinator to join our team at Super Braces in Lawrence. Our new patient coordinate thrives in a fast-paced, team environment while wearing many hats. The ideal candidate will be bi-lingual in Spanish. This position is Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.
As an Orthodontic Patient Coordinator in our practice, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and service to our patients, helping to create healthier smiles every day.

- Greeting all patients with a warm and friendly smile
- Checking patients in and out for appointments
- Scheduling appointments for patients
- Answering phones with enthusiasm
- Picking up and organizing mail to and from office
- Assisting with patient billing processing and questions
- Organizing and file all paperwork generated by the clinic
- Assisting clinic with seating patients and coordinating patient flow
- Keeping the reception area clean and orderly at all times
- Checking and verifying patients' insurance
- Taking part in company marketing events and responsibilities
- Other duties as assigned by the manager

- You have previous customer service experience, ideally in a dental office
- You are computer proficient
