Our marketing team adds qualified appointments directly to our Solar Consultants calendars - you’ll get plenty of opportunities, but we also expect that you fill your time with activities that will help you become a success to the tune of $200,000 . We have Consultants that are already doing it and that are happy to share their secrets for success.

As a Simply Solar Consultant, you will:
- Run in-home and virtual appointments
- Develop effective referral/self-generation sales strategies
- Generate solar system designs and proposals
- Follow up consistently with prospects and signed customers to create positive outcomes for all
Requirements
- Proven track record in solar sales
- Outstanding closing and follow-up skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity, honesty, and a strong desire to create a positive homeowner experience
- High proficiency with computers and online tools
- Comfortable with flexible hours, including weekend and evening hours
- Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record
- Current HIS license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Reliable and always available transportation
- Fluent in Spanish preferred
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Salesforce or other CRM experience
- Estimating experience
- College degree
