Duties

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the retail store.
• Supervise and train staff, including recruiting new team members.
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained by all employees.
• Manage cash register operations and oversee financial transactions.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management.
• Implement sales strategies to meet store goals and enhance profitability.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail management or as a clerk in a grocery store is preferred.
• Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proven time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
