Your Role as a Mowing Foreman:
- Lead a crew of mowing technicians to complete daily schedules with professionalism and efficiency.
- Cut our clients’ properties using state-of-the-art stand-on mowers to deliver precise and professional results.
- Operate and oversee the use of top-of-the-line mowing equipment.
- Ensure all safety standards are followed and equipment is maintained properly.
- Coordinate routes and schedules for maximum efficiency using our Service Autopilot app.
- Communicate with clients and address their inquiries, offering expert advice and solutions.
- Document progress, add notes, and capture pictures for seamless communication with the office and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of material usage and equipment performance.
What We're Looking For:
- Leadership experience in the green industry, including mowing, landscaping, or turf/lawn care.
- A genuine interest in horticulture/landscaping with a desire to grow your expertise.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage both crew and client interactions.
- Prior experience managing mowing teams or similar roles (a registered technician license is a plus, but we provide training).
- A valid driver's license with reliable transportation to our shop in Gainesville, VA.
- Availability to commit to a Monday-Friday schedule, from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
- A High School Diploma or GED.
Compensation:
