Description:
RenewAire is seeking an Assembly Technician to assemble energy recovery ventilation units for our Residential customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for those who have light assembly experience or enjoy working with their hands.
As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for using hand tools to assemble Residential ERV units in a climate-controlled environment.
You will receive one-on-one training to ensure you are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in your role.
What We Offer:
$19.45/hour
Select from two scheduling options:
- Four 10-hour days from Monday to Thursday
- Five 8-hour days from Monday to Friday with no mandatory weekends
Overtime is voluntary and dependent on business needs.

Requirements:
- Some experience using hand tools such as a rivet gun, air drill, screwdriver etc
- A love for building with your hands

Work Environment/Physical Demands:
- Regularly required to see, talk, and hear
- Stand for long periods of time, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Lift and/or move up to 40 lbs frequently and 60 lbs occasionally
- Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
