Major PPO
6 month daily guarantee with 35% collections
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, and extractions.
Utilize dental software such as Eaglesoft and Dentrix for patient management and record-keeping.
Conduct oral surgery and prosthodontics as necessary, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
Provide pediatric dental care with a focus on creating a comfortable environment for young patients.
Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and communicate effectively with patients regarding their oral health.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuous professional development.
Experience
A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred, particularly in areas such as oral surgery, prosthodontics, and pediatrics.
Familiarity with infection control practices and aseptic techniques is essential.
Proficiency in using dental software systems like Eaglesoft and Epic is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and staff alike.
