6 month daily guarantee with 35% collections
Duties
Perform thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Conduct a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to dental extractions, root canal therapy, and preventive care.
Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic protocols.
Utilize dental terminology effectively while communicating with patients and staff.
Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to enhance patient experience and clinic efficiency.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry, including pediatric dentistry practices.
Utilize electronic health record systems such as Epic for managing patient information.
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license with no restrictions.
Experience in pediatrics is preferred but not required.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
Familiarity with medical documentation practices and HIPAA compliance.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
Commitment to continuing education and professional development in the field of dentistry.

Pay : $190,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year
