We offer full-time or part-time BCBA opportunities with sign-on and relocation bonuses available. Competitive hourly pay up to $75 per hour, with a yearly salary of $95,000 on a bi-weekly basis (Depending on state).

Above and Beyond Therapy provides gold-standard ABA therapy services for children on the autism spectrum. Our highly qualified and dedicated BCBAs combine extensive knowledge and experience with innovative treatment techniques to improve clients' social, behavioral, and adaptive skills.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
- Design treatment plans of care.
- Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.
- Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans tailored to the individual.
- Supervise and train ABA technicians, implement, model, and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans.
- Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
- Graph data, adjust strategies as needed, and provide routine progress summaries.
**Requirements**
- Valid BCBA Certificate.
- Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
- Vehicle required for travel between assignments, and valid driver's license.
