Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and eager Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Flagship Rehab, a family-owned and therapist-run company.
Responsibilities:
- Therapy screening (as applicable per State regulation)
- Daily treatment sessions working/communicating with the OT and their established Plan of Care
Requirements:
- Good physical and mental health status
- Ability to walk/stand most of the day, transfer, and push residents and equipment
