Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
2 Years of experience in specialty within the past 5 years
SC RN License
Key Responsibilities :
Provides operational shift oversight, delegates care tasks to staff, and ensures efficient patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
Offers leadership, support, and guidance to staff while maintaining a positive image and attitude.
Promotes and restores patient health by utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with the healthcare team.
Applies critical thinking for assessment, intervention, and evaluation of patient care, ensuring all actions comply with Lexington Medical Center's standards and the South Carolina Nurse Practice Act.
