You will support our residents and work hand-in-hand with our already wonderful team of compassionate and enthusiastic caregivers.
Your Job
Transport residents to medical appointments
Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect
Assist RNs and LPNs with services necessary in caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents / patients as assigned
Possess reliable transportation and the ability to be on time for assigned shifts
Organize and maintain patient medical records in accordance with facility policies and procedures
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all medical records
Protect the confidentiality of patient medical records
Other duties as assigned
Who You Are
Currently licensed to work as a CNA in the state of IL. (We will cover your certification costs!)
A professional team player with a commitment to maintaining a reliable shift history
Holds a valid driver's license with a good driving record
Familiar with Outlook & Microsoft
Dependable
Flexible schedule (Mornings & evenings)
Available weekends and Holidays as needed
Strong attention to detail
