This is a seasonal role with the opportunity to drive sales and profitability of construction supply and ready-mix sales within our retail stores, while maintaining compliance, effective inventory management, merchandising practices, and exceptional customer service interactions.

Responsible for :

- Responsible for logistics and scheduling of outbound deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and well stocked store to ensure customers have a positive experience.
- Collaborate with warehouse team to maximize resources to achieve sales goals.
- Maintain product knowledge and store layout to assist customers in solving their unique needs.
- Ensure all phone calls are answered promptly and helpful support is provided.
- Develop business strategies to raise customer pool, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability.
- Provide store supervision and ensure compliance with all safety and operating policies and procedures.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure monthly cycle counts and negative on hand reports are completed.
