Faith Home Health & Hospice is seeking a compassionate and well trained RN Director of Nursing to lead our team in Overland Park, Kansas . Candidate must be committed to the highest standard of care and professionalism. This position provides direction, planning, and oversite to the day to day clinical operations. Candidate must have a strong knowledge of the Conditions of Participation for Medicare Home Health, Federal and State Regulations. Strong clinical background, Strong leadership and communication skills, financial skills and computer skills. Qualified Director of Nursing should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the Home Health industry. Candidate will also be responsible for reviewing patient plans of care, conducting a weekly case conference with all clinical disciplines, managing and evaluating the clinical team to ensure the highest care is being delivered to our patients and be willing to learn company's episode management model. Qualified individual will be required to successfully pass background and drug screening and must have the following :
QUALIFICATIONS :
Have a current, valid Kansas & Missouri Nursing RN license.
Possess a valid Driver's License.
Have or obtain a current CPR certification.
Minimum of 3 years of Home Health experience.
At least 1 year of supervisory and administrative experience.
