Pay Range : Starting at $33 / hr for LPN & $38 / hr for RN
About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate LPN or RN Manager to lead our Dementia Unit at Warsaw Meadows. This is a crucial leadership role that involves ensuring high standards of care for our residents with dementia. Flexibility is required, as this role may involve covering various shifts to meet the needs of the unit.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Dementia Unit, ensuring that resident care is delivered with compassion, dignity, and respect.
Supervise and support nursing staff within the unit, providing mentorship and guidance as needed.
Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and Warsaw Meadows standards of care.
Serve as a key point of contact for families, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns.
Monitor resident conditions, respond to emergencies, and adjust care plans as needed.
Weekend on-call rotation required.

Compensation & Eligibility :

Qualifications :
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Indiana license.
Proven experience in dementia care or a skilled nursing facility (SNF), with a passion for working with residents facing memory challenges.
Previous leadership experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and work across different shifts as needed.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach to resident care.
