Hiring Pay Range : $19.00 - $35.50 per hour
Network Engineer I - $19.00 - $23.25 per hour
Network Engineer II - $23.00 - $28.50 per hour
Network Engineer III - $27.00 - $35.50 per hour
The hiring pay range for this position is commensurate with the level of relevant experience and education.

Summary
This role will be responsible for supporting and configuring all corporate internet and MPLS circuits, routers, firewalls, switches, Network Access Control, VoIP equipment, video conference collaboration equipment, branch surveillance, etc. Monitoring network performance, configuring network equipment, and notifying management of issues and recommend solutions. Support and assist all branches when it comes to network items and travel to branches for on-site work as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Installation, configuration, and hardening of network devices such as routers, firewalls, switches, IP phones, video conferencing equipment, etc.
Responding to notifications of problems with the corporate network will include, but not limited to router, firewall, or switches being down, network health, event log errors, vulnerabilities, etc.
Monitor, maintain and control network efficiency using the appropriate tools.
Keep a clean and neat work station.
Must be able to travel as needed and work overtime when the need arises.
Must be able to provide one week per month of after-hours, on call support for the department.
Ability to follow instructions.
Ability to self-motivate with limited supervision.
Document network diagrams using specialized software.
Good organizational and communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot.
Effectively communicate with all levels of employees of the bank.
Take ownership, follow through, resolve issues positively and proactively.
Express concerns appropriately and respectfully.
Clear communication if handing off a request to another team member or involving other departments.
Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, as well as knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to the position.
Delivers quality of service as defined by department standards.
Maintains confidentiality as defined by department standards.

Education and / or Experience
Network Engineer I :
1-3 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Familiarity with network equipment - switches, firewalls, routers, etc.
Working knowledge of TCP / IP and ability to Subnet IP Addresses.
Ability to solve problems in a logical manner.
Network Engineer II :
3-5 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Moderate knowledge of network components and configurations.
Previous LAN / WAN experience required.
Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network , or AZ-700 preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot problems efficiently.
Network Engineer III :
5-8 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination or education and experience.
Advanced knowledge of network components and configurations.
Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network , or AZ-700 required or Cisco CCNP.
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems efficiently.
