Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate health status and identify needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
Perform phlebotomy and other laboratory procedures as required.
Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Provide health coaching and education to patients regarding their conditions and wellness strategies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care for patients, particularly in medical-surgical settings.
Respond to emergency situations with appropriate interventions.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant discipline.
Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of practice.
Pediatric Nurse Practitioner - Acute Care (CPNP-AC) or training with pediatric patients.
Strong knowledge of medical-surgical practices, emergency medicine, and memory care protocols.
Proficiency in medication administration and patient assessment techniques.
Experience with medical imaging systems is preferred.
