Physical Therapist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic Rehabilitation team in Prineville, OR.

About the Role

• Evaluate, plan, and provide physical therapy treatment to patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and self-care strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from a college or university accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Necessary requisites for licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Oregon State Board of Health.
• Valid Oregon driver's license and ability to meet St. Charles Health System driving requirements.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification.
• One year experience with therapy procedures, current orthopedic and neurological follow-up procedures, and rehabilitation practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous physical therapy experience in a hospital-based setting.
• Member in good standing of the American Physical Therapy Association.
