Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to ensure exceptional patient care.
Lead and mentor nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Uphold compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.
Serve as a resource and point of contact for nursing staff during the evening shift.
Requirements
Licensure : Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey.
Experience : Minimum 2 years in long-term care; supervisory or management experience preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
