Boulder Community Health is seeking a RN Structural Heart Cardiothoracic Surgery Clinical Coordinator that is responsible to deliver and coordinate optimal patient and family experiences from diagnosis, through evaluation, treatment, and follow up for patients with coronary and structural heart disease and is recognized as a vital core to the quality and continuum of care offered through Boulder Heart. The Cardiovascular service line encompasses a multidisciplinary team from the specialties of Cardiology, Non-invasive and Invasive, Diagnostic Cardiology, and Cardiac Surgery who the Structural Heart / CTS Clinical Coordinator will act as a liaison between in facilitating the quality initiatives.
