Job Description
Supervisory Role for Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced therapist to fill a supervisory role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing patient care while also overseeing the operations of our rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a supervisory capacity, including therapy evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation
- Staffing, mentoring, and program development in multiple rehab disciplines (Cardiac Rehab, OT, PT, Speech)
- Outcome/competency assessment and compliance with regulatory standards
- Participating in process improvements to advance patient care outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice one of the following disciplines: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology in MN
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
